The fan experience is a top priority, and our traders play a key role in shaping and elevating that experience. We’re looking for high‑quality food operators who can deliver great customer experiences, and thrive in a large‑scale festival environment.

What we’re looking for (Food)

We welcome applications from all traders. However, the following criteria are particularly valued and actively encouraged to help enhance the overall fan experience.

• High‑quality, well‑presented food
• Fast, efficient service suitable for high-footfall festival environments.
• A professional and visually appealing trading setup that enhances the look and feel of the event
• Strong sustainability practices (recyclable packaging, waste reduction, carbon awareness) Our Live Nation Environmental Sustainability Charter can be found here 
• Robust compliance and safety standards (food hygiene, risk assessments, LPG/electrical certification)
• Inclusive catering options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‑free offerings. Dedicated 100% Coeliac-friendly units are particularly encouraged
• Breakfast offerings, which are highly valued by campers and early‑entry guests
• Kids’ meals and family-friendly options, which are considered a strong advantage at family-focus events.
• Value options and meal deals that support accessibility across a range of our customer budgets.
• A varied menu that offers strong value for money, balancing quality, choice and affordability for festivalgoers.

• You must register your company before submitting applications. Once your company is registered, a separate application must be completed for each individual unit operating under that company.
  
  

• After submitting your company registration and unit application(s), you will be asked to submit a sample menu for each unit.

• Unit information, including structure type, pitch size and power requirements.
• Details of previous trading experience 
• Your proposed menu, including:

  • Proposed 2027 pricing
  • Item categories 
  • Dietary information (where applicable)
• The festivals you would like to be considered for
• Images of your trading unit (used for assessment purposes and, if successful, promotional activity across festival websites and apps)
• Images of your food offering (used for assessment purposes and, if successful, promotional activity across festival websites and apps)
• An image or PDF copy of your menu.
• Details of the dietary options you offer
• All required compliance, certification and insurance documentation
