Welcome to the Live Nation UK & Ireland Food Concessions Portal.  Apply to trade at some of the UK and Ireland’s most iconic Festivals and Events.

The fan experience is a top priority, and our traders play a key role in shaping and elevating that experience. We’re looking for high‑quality food operators who can deliver great customer experiences, and thrive in a large‑scale festival environment.

What we’re looking for

We welcome applications from all traders. However, the key criteria we value and actively encouraged to enhance our overall fan experience are outlined below:

  • High‑quality, well‑presented food
  • Fast, efficient service suited to high footfall environments.
  • A professional, well-presented trading setup that enhances the look and feel of the event
  • Strong sustainability practices (recyclable packaging, waste reduction, carbon awareness) Our Live Nation Environmental Sustainability Charter can be found here 
  • Robust compliance and safety standards (food hygiene, risk assessments, LPG/electrical certification)
  • Inclusive catering options such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten‑free and 100% Coeliac units are encouraged
  • Breakfast offerings – highly valued by campers and early‑entry guests
  • Kids’ meals – with family‑friendly options considered a strong advantage
  • Value options and meal deals – supporting accessibility across our audience
  • Menu variety and value for money to suit festival budgets and expectation

What you will need:

In order to complete the application we require the following:
  • Full company contact information 
  • Unit information, including structure type, pitch size and power requirements.
  • Details of previous trading experience 
  • Your proposed menu, including:
    • All items 
    • Full pricing proposed for 2026 
    • Item categories 
    • Dietaries 
  • Festivals you would like to be considered for
  • Images of your unit set up to trade (used for review purposes and, if successful, for promotion via the festival app and website) 
  • Images of your food (used for review purposes and, if successful, for promotion via the festival app and website)
  • An image or PDF of your menu.
  • Details of the dietary options you offer
  • Required compliance documentation 

Once your application has been submitted, our team will review it and shortlisted traders will be contacted by the relevant concessions partner.
